EXHIBITOR'S REGISTRATION FORM

 

Space is limited, booths are on a first come, first serve basis.  Encouraged items are ARTS, CRAFTS and ANTIQUES, but are not limited to artisan-made.  The number of vendors selling the same type of product will be at the sole discretion of the Donnelly Chamber of Commerce.  Booths are positioned along Highway 55 in Donnelly.  Booth size is approximately 10x10 feet.  Questions can be directed to Monty via telephone (208) 325-3545, Cell 315-3231 or email donnellychamber@frontiernet.net.

Booths are to be completely set up by 10:00 AM both mornings.  You are expected to stay open until 5:00 PM on Saturday and 4:00 PM on Sunday.  You may stay open until dark if you choose but no lights are available.  Booth assignments and more information will follow after receipt of your registration form and prior to the event.  The first morning of the event you will be asked to fill out a sales tax form provided by the Idaho State Sales Tax Commission.
